Cast iron pans
Lava cast iron cooking pots and frying pans are produced in the LAVA factories in Turkey which, thanks to 4 decades of experience, apply the most advanced casting and enamel technology (Ferro technology licence).
To ensure quality standards, every cooking pot or frying pan is subjected to several manual checks during production and tested in the LAVA laboratory dozens of times using the most advanced equipment. LAVA enamel meets current international standards. Cast iron pans from the Far East are manufactured from low-quality scrap and iron.
The production of LAVA cast iron pots and pans on the other hand involves cast iron of the highest quality without the addition of any harmful substances. In addition, cast iron is very environmentally friendly, 100% recyclable and, moreover, energy-saving because it distributes the heat well and retains it for a long time.
